USCIS I-9 Verification Photo Match Issue

On Wednesday, February 14, Bullhorn became aware of an issue with the Photo Match feature used in USCIS I-9 verification. In some cases, the image being sent electronically by the government does not match the legitimate government-issued document. We have communicated with USCIS and they have acknowledged the issue. The issue impacts certain USCIS I-9 verification workflows in the following Bullhorn products: Onboarding365, Onboarding Talent Edition, eRecruit, and Bullhorn BackOffice. As a result, some users will see the mismatched image. We will continue to monitor the situation independently and provide updates as they are made available.
