Update from vendor
Sorry for the disruption of service. currently, there is Scheduled maintenance which is affecting all the calls, registrations and the impact on calls for prolonger period was not expected and are working towards stabilising them as well. Its affecting all customers including both inbound outbound and diversion calls.
Our NOC team mentioned that there will be issues through out today as components are updated batch by batch with major upgrade done today night. There will be issues throughout the day
