Issue with Inbound calls to UK Numbers

We have had reports of issues of inbound calls to UK numbers on bvoip provided calling plans. We contacted our carrier and they claim an issue with their upstream provider is occurring. Outbound calling seems to be working currently.

Latest message received from vendor

Currently one of our upstream carrier is having inbound call routing issue and they are working to resolve it at the moment. We are expecting a response from them in half hour, we will follow up once we have more details on this issue.

Issued have returned and confirmed with vendor

We just called our vendor to confirm the current status of all things.

They claim some numbers are working and some are still not.

We did confirm that they must have added another carrier upstream from them outside of the three known in region carriers Gamma, Mathagathera, Voxbone that is having an issue as we have confirmed with all three of the aforementioned there is not issue . We have also request port out instructions so we can begin a larger move all off numbers off this vendor.

Update from vendor

Our upstream updated that the inbound calls are now routing. However, there are residual issues with SMS delivery and some CLI delivery on outbound calls.

We have received a response stating that UK routing has been fixed, yet in our testing, we found ranges that are failing, but we are seeing significant increase. In the notice its stated that +61 numbers are still being worked on
