Outage Details

This is an advisory that one of our cloud storage providers (wasabi) is experiencing an issue in their East Coast 1/2 regions. This is posted at https://status.wasabi.com/. bvoip accounts in our Virginia and Chicago data centers may not be able to access historical recordings until this is resolved by the upstream vendor. In the meantime, new call recordings are automatically being stored locally until the cloud storage link is restored and those files will be merged with historical recordings files post outage resolution.

Wasabi's status page shows they have restored service however we still have approx 368 accounts based in Chicago and Virginia data centers that can not connect to the other end. We have submitted a support ticket directly with the vendor. In the meantime, new files being generated are being stored locally. No inbound or outbound calls are affected by this issue.

We still have approx 272 accounts based in our Chicago and Virginia data centers that can not connect to our cloud storage provider (Wasabi) since their reginal outage on Friday. We have submitted a support ticket directly with the vendor. In the meantime, the affected accounts may not be able to access historical call recordings. New call recordings are automatically being stored locally until the cloud storage link is restored and those files will be merged with historical recordings files post outage resolution. No inbound or outbound calls are affected by this issue.
