We've identified an issue with our Toronto physical device proxy where a subset of devices are failing to register properly. This is unrelated to previous issues we've seen recently in other regions.
We have identified the fix, which we will put in place for this tonight, and that should permanently resolve this issue.
You can temporarily work around this issue by reaching out to support to adjust your servers primary proxy, and then restarting the physical phones.
