Phone Registration - Virginia & Dallas Data Center

We received an alert from our monitoring systems of issues specifically with physical device registration in our Virginia Data Center. This doesn't affect call processing, mobile apps, desktop apps, webclients. We are investigating

Our systems are reporting physical device registration is now back to normal volumes in our Virginia data center. We will continue to monitor.

We have another update from our monitoring system that physical device registration through our Virginia Data Center is not working properly again. With 2 alerts in less than an hour we are moving ahead to re-route traffic from our system in Virginia to our Chicago data center. This may require some time for DNS propagation to the last mile ISP provider to pick up the changes.
