Cal.com experienced delayed webhook deliveries and email/SMS notifications for approximately 1.8 hours on June 23, 2026, caused by an infrastructure incident with their third-party job processing provider, Trigger.dev. The issue affected the API and App, leaving booking notifications and webhooks queued and undelivered during the disruption. Resolution was achieved by replaying all queued jobs, restoring full processing of notifications and webhooks.

For Cal.com, 100% of queued jobs have been successfully replayed. For Cal.eu, a small number of queued jobs are still pending replay — we are urgently working to get these processed and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
We have disabled the third-party provider that was causing degraded service. All new bookings and updates to bookings will now correctly trigger SMS/email notifications and webhooks. Previously queued notifications and webhooks are still pending — we are urgently working to get these replayed and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
We have begun replaying all queued jobs, which will process the backlog of delayed SMS/email notifications and webhooks. We will continue to monitor progress and provide further updates.
Email and SMS notifications for new and updated bookings are now processing without issue. However, webhooks and previously queued jobs are still pending and have not yet been processed. We are urgently working with our provider to get these resolved as quickly as possible and will continue to provide updates.
We want to correct our previous update — our statement that all queued jobs had been replayed successfully was not accurate. We are still actively working to get all queued messages replayed as soon as possible and will provide further updates as we make progress. We apologize for the confusion.
We experienced an issue earlier today causing delays in webhook deliveries and email notifications, related to an incident on Trigger.dev's infrastructure. See their incident report here: https://status.trigger.dev/incident/931451?mp=true
We are pleased to report that we now have full system recovery — all queued messages have been executed successfully. We are actively monitoring to ensure continued stability.
