Broadriver Cisco Calls Failing

CallTower has made a change that we believe has resolved the issue. We are reaching out to confirm resolution with the affected customers.

CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases. Within three business days, an Official Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or a Preliminary RCA will be available and provided to customers upon request.

CallTower engineers continue to work the issue. We are currently applying a change that we believe will resolve the issue. CallTower will be reaching out to customers to confirm the resolution.
