Outage Details

CallTower's support has identified an outage with Five9, where customer are experiencing being kicked out of Five9s softphone application and unable to log back in. CallTower is engaged with Five9 and they are investigating the issue on their end. CallTower has opened a master case for this issue as it is affecting more than one CallTower customer. This issue may or may not directly affect your services. If you are affected, please report the issue to support@calltower.com. CallTower intends to post updates on status.calltower.com approximately every 60 minutes, unless identified otherwise.

Five9 has resolved the issue and posted the following message in regards to it, "At approximately 4:45p CT today there was an issue with our app servers that impacted Agent and Supervisor connectivity. Our Cloud Ops team has resolved the issue and services should start coming back up shortly. If anyone is still having issues logging in, please have them clear their browser cache for all time, restart the browser, and try again."
CallTower has tested and confirmed Five9's service is operational and will be closing this master case and all associated cases.
