CallTower Engineers added additional routes for outbound MasterFax traffic. This has been tested and confirmed working. The issue is considered resolved and the associated cases will be closed out.
CallTower will be closing this master case and all associated cases. Within three business days, an Official Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or a Preliminary RCA will be available and provided to customers upon request.
The permanent fix was not put in place last night by CallTower Engineers and the fax vendor, however the workaround remains in place to keep the service functional. CallTower Engineers are working on the permanent fix, but need to perform troubleshooting after hours to not cause any further downtime.

The temporary fix that was placed has been confirmed as working. CallTower Engineers and the fax vendor will be placing a permanent fix tonight at 9:00 PM MT. CallTower Support will review the issue tomorrow and once confirmed the permanent fix is in place the issue will be closed out.
