Issues affecting sign up forms

A fix has been implemented, and we are currently verifying that all functionality is working as expected before resolving this incident.Customers should no longer experience issues with sign up forms. We will continue to monitor performance.

We are currently investigating an issue where sign up forms cannot be edited or previewed within the application. Published sign up forms remain fully functional and are not impacted.We are working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
