Microsoft has confirmed an issue affecting access to Outlook on the web through certain web addresses.
To help avoid this issue, we have updated mail.cardiff.ac.uk so that it now redirects to Microsoft's recommended Outlook web address.
Microsoft has implemented a fix and is continuing to monitor the service.
