Issue with Payment Manager UK

After further monitoring, this incident is considered resolved. Carestream Dental service has been restored to full functionality. Please contact us if you continue to experience any issues.

We've identified this issue is tied to an underlying incident with Clover. As a workaround, take payments outside the integration:

1. On the Clover device, touch all four corners to exit the integration.
2. Use the 'Sale App' to process the payment (EMV and contactless guidance).
3. In R4+, manually add the payment on a system without Payment Manager installed.
