We are investigating an issue affecting a majority of our AI agents, where requests may result in failed or invalid tool calls. This may cause agents to provide incomplete responses, claim an action was completed when it was not, or fail to perform expected actions.
Our team is actively investigating the interaction between calling behavior and our orchestration layer to identify the root cause. We are working to mitigate the impact and restore normal agent behavior as quickly as possible.
