We currently see issues with Exchange Online responding with error "451 4.7.0 Temporary server error. Please try again later. PRX4 NextHop: substrate-int.office.com".
The error points to a NextHop issue with the substrate-int.office.com server, suggesting a potential routing or connectivity problem within the Exchange Online infrastructure.
All messages is in queue on our platform and will be constant retried to get delivered.
