We are aware of an issue affecting the map display on our Find Branch and ATM pages, where some Canadian geographic locations may appear with incorrect names.
Our team will be updating the Google Maps API configuration to use Canadian regional data, which will correct the affected map labels. At this time we do not have an ETA however we will make the update as soon as possible.
We will provide an update on this incident on or before Friday September 4th, 2026.
