Platform: Intermittent login failures due to email delivery issues

We are seeing improvements in the delivery of MFA codes via email. Login functionality is recovering for users who use email as their MFA option.

Our engineering teams continue to monitor the service to ensure full recovery. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

We are investigating intermittent login failures where users may see an HTTP 504 error. The issue is related to MFA codes failing to deliver via email.

Users with email-based MFA are affected. As a workaround, please use other available MFA methods (e.g., authenticator app or SMS).

We are currently investigating intermittent login failures while accessing the tenant. Users would see Http failure response with a 504 error code. This issue is occurring due to failure of MFA code via email.
