Bol orders are currently not being processed

This incident has been resolved.

At 23:00 Wednesday night Bol.com has restored the operation of the orders API, but are still working through a backlog of offer updates. Channable has processed outstanding orders that were not processable during the incident and we will keep monitoring the performance of the order connections until Bol.com states they have fully resolved the issue.

We are experiencing an outage in the orderconnection between Bol.com and Channable. Everyone using an order connection between any webshop platform and Bol.com is possibly affected by this outage. This means that orders will currently not be sent to your ecommerce platform and that we cannot send fulfillment updates and product updates to bol.com.

Bol.com has posted a status update saying that they have identified a problem where order data is missing and that order data cannot be edited via your Bol Seller Account. Once the issue has been fixed and order data is visible to us again we will pick up your orders that came during the outage.
