The issue has been resolved upstream and Charlie is now functioning normally.

A major outage with Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/) is impacting a large portion of websites world-wide, including our authentication provider Auth0. Once Cloudflare has resovled this issue Charlie will be back online.
