Twilio is investigating a vendor service degradation with Virtual Agent (DialogFlow) in all regions, which is impacting multiple features. Please find the impact details for the following features:

Programmable Voice:
Dialogflow / ConversationRelay / Realtime Transcriptions / Speech Recognition / Android Voice SDK

Flex Application:
Flex Mobile Android client is unable to receive push notifications since Firebase is down. i

OS users are not impacted.

Conversations: Conversations customer will fail to receive push notifications and updated badge counts. Conversations making use ofthe Dialogue flow chatbot participants are also failing to access the Dialogue flow service.

Serverless: Functions, Studio - Connect Virtual Agent widget invocations failing. This is only impacting Twilio services utilising Google features.

All other customer usage is working as expected. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
