Issues When Start or Stop Voice Call Recordings and Streams

Following comprehensive monitoring, we can confirm that the incident has been fully resolved and all services have returned to normal operation.

Twilio Voice call recordings and streams are now operating normally. Earlier, Twilio customers experienced difficulties in modifying in-progress calls and initiating new ones, in addition to the previously noted impacts. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
