The Arbitrum Sepolia network experienced a complete outage that affected all operations on the network for 14.5 hours. Circle's services dependent on Arbitrum Sepolia were impacted during this period. The incident was resolved once the Arbitrum Sepolia network was restored.

The SEI Mainnet experienced a complete network outage that affected all SEI operations on Circle's platform. The incident lasted 15.9 hours, during which users were unable to perform any SEI-related transactions or operations. The network was fully restored and all SEI operations resumed normal functionality.

Circle experienced a major incident where USDC transactions on the Morph network were significantly delayed, affecting users' ability to mint, burn, and send USDC tokens. The service disruption lasted 56 minutes before being fully resolved. The incident was resolved after investigation and remediation efforts by the Circle team.

Circle's CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol) attestation service experienced delays across all testnet blockchains for 2.1 hours. The issue affected cross-chain transaction processing and validation on testnet environments. The attestation delay was identified and subsequently resolved by the Circle team.

Circle's CCTP attestations for Arc Testnet became unavailable, preventing cross-chain token transfers on the testnet environment. The service outage lasted 14.6 hours while the team investigated the root cause. The CCTP attestations service was fully recovered and restored to normal operation.

The HyperEVM Testnet experienced a complete network outage that affected all HyperEVM operations for 1.7 hours. The incident was resolved by restoring the HyperEVM network, allowing normal operations to resume.
