We still have a small part of users which can't see their sleep score on new data but this comes from another scoring or firmware issue that we're working on.
As a reminder:
Your past week's data have been replayed. You can see them in the Advanced Analytics circle. Because of the cache system you may not see your data updated in the sleep & energy circles.
🔁 Note: Because replaying scores is resource-intensive and may interrupt your experience, we're working on finding a solution to replay more data without impacting your current activities.
🔧 Still seeing data inaccuracies?
1. Go to the top right Ring menu > Factory reset
2. Setup your ring as new on its charger
3. Once reconnected go to Settings > perform a Self Diagnostics with white paper
4. Wear it as usual

🚀 Server & Database Update – Good News!
We’re happy to share that the new database has now been successfully deployed! 🎉
We’re currently replaying your scores from the past week, which means your data from the last week should soon be fully restored.
🔁 Note: Replaying scores is resource-intensive and may temporarily slow the app or sync process. We’re closely monitoring system performance under real-world usage to ensure everything stays stable.
The new app version 28.36.0 has been published and is available on the store. The app has been adapted to support the new DataBase. We'll now start the deployment of the new DataBase as of 26/12/2025.
To make this switch and restore the stability of new data as fast as possible:
We’ll move your past historical data in phases:
1) NOW: When switched to the new database, you may temporarily see an empty history in your app.
2) Later, we’ll then replay your data from the current month first, so your latest trends and leaderboard status reappear.
3) Again later, we’ll import your older historical data in the last step of the migration.

This week, we began rolling out the new database to a small group of users and we monitored performance. The good news: the configuration is solid and working as expected. However, we identified a few code-level issues that need to be fixed before we can scale up.
Our team is already working on those fixes, and if all goes well, we plan to switch all users to the new database next week.
We're accelerating this transition because we know how important it is to restore the sync stability to everyone as quickly as possible.

To make this switch as fast and restore the sync of today's data :

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
⚙️ Server Stability Status
During periods of high traffic, our servers may limit data processing to maintain stability for all users. This means that some data may appear partially after synchronization.
🔍 Symptoms You Might Notice
If you experience one or more of the following issues, it may be due to temporary server load management:
-Lack of data granularity — gaps or flat zones in your Activity Intensity graph or missing segments in the Activity Duration pie chart (found under the Energy Circle).
-Missing metrics — sleep score, energy level or other related data not showing up after sync.
-Lost steps or incomplete activity records.
🧘 What You Can Do
You can synchronize data:
- Daily. If you have more than 24 hours of data in your ring, it increases the chance of losing data. Please sync before going to bed and 1-2 hour after waking up.
- During off-peak hours, i.e., not right after you wake up, because everyone synchronizes within a short timeframe.
There’s nothing else you need to do on your side.

We’re shifting to an architecture where each user gets a dedicated processing calculation instance, so one user’s activity won’t affect another. This upgrade will enable Circular to support millions of users simultaneously, with 100% stability for everyone and faster score processing.
