Changes to Email Submission Add-in

Important Update: Changes to Email Submission Add-in (Effective June 1, 2025)

We're enhancing the security of the Email Submission Add-in by integrating with Microsoft Nested App Authentication (NAA).

Key changes include:
• Administrator Consent Required: Starting June 1, 2025, admins must provide consent to enable email submissions to Cisco.
• New Software Installation: Admins must download the updated manifest.xml file and install the new Submission Add-in.
• Legacy Token Deprecation: The current add-in will stop working after Microsoft revokes legacy tokens in June 2025.

Actions Required (Starting May 30, 2025)
1. Remove the current Submission Add-in from admin.microsoft.com.
2. Download the updated manifest.xml file.
3. Install the new Submission Add-in.
4. Provide administrator consent for Secure Email Submission Add-In

Please note that this is applicable only to Exchange Online.
