End of support for Microsoft Outlook 2019 with Cisco Secure Email Encryption Service Add-In and Cisco Secure Email Submission Add-In

What: End of support for Microsoft Outlook 2019 with Cisco Secure Email Encryption Service Add-In and Cisco Secure Email Submission Add-In.
Impact: The Cisco Secure Email Encryption Service Add-In and Cisco Secure Email Submission Add-In will no longer be supported on Microsoft Outlook 2019.
Recommendation: Customers are advised to upgrade to Microsoft 365 to ensure continued access and support for the Encryption Add-In and Submission Add-In.
Starting October 2025, download and install the new manifest for:
• Secure Email Encryption Service Add-In from the Cisco admin portal (res.cisco.com/admin)
• Secure Email Submission Add-In from the CCO portal

After downloading the manifests, follow the instructions provided in the Submission and Encryption Add-In guides.
