A connectivity issue at Cisco's Palo Alto data center disrupted Cisco Secure Connect and Umbrella services, preventing affected customers from establishing new tunnels or passing traffic through existing ones. Cisco mitigated the impact by removing the Palo Alto site from rotation, redirecting traffic to other available sites, and working with their infrastructure provider to restore the affected connectivity path. The incident lasted approximately 64 hours before full service was restored and the site returned to rotation.
