A subset of Citrix DaaS CSP/Partner customers are currently experiencing issues that could impact end-users. End-users impacted may be unable to enumerate applications and desktops
Impacted customers can mitigate the issue by disabling and re-enabling Virtual Apps and Desktops in the Service Integration tab within the Workspace Configuration admin console. See https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace/integrate#enable-services
