Impact:
Citrix Analytics Service is currently experiencing issues in US, EU and APS regions that would impact end-users/admins due to a third party dependency. End users impacted are unable to access analytics.cloud.com.
Current Status:
We are currently investigating the issue and will update with more information and status as we triage further
Next Steps:
Another update will be provided within the next 30-60 minutes (no later than 18:40 UTC).
