The RAID has been repaired. The server is now up.
We're checking the system before putting it back to production.

A RAID failure prevents the hypervisor to boot properly
We are migrating services to other hypervisors to avoid any data loss while we attempt to repair the RAID

We recovered access to the server in rescue but the boot process doesn't work. We are working on a fix to bring back the system up.

The server is still unreachable and we currently can't access it in rescue mode. We are waiting for our provider to help us get a rescue access and start the investigation on the reboot failure.
