CloudAMQP experienced a major outage in AWS region me-south-1 (Middle East - Bahrain/UAE) due to ongoing AWS infrastructure issues, affecting both shared and dedicated servers including the hummingbird-01 shared server. The outage lasted approximately 64 days, during which CloudAMQP recommended customers migrate to different regions using cluster copying functionality. CloudAMQP ultimately suspended active support for the affected region until AWS fully recovers the infrastructure.
