Outage Details

Our network is experiencing _routing issues_ in some parts of the our DC2 datacenter. Our initial investigation shows that the problem appears to be isolated only to few nodes at the moment. Our engineers are working on a fix and will attempt to restore access momentarily.

If your server was affected by the issue, rest assured that it is still online and you can access it by heading over to our Client Area > Manage > VNC.

As of now, all affected hypervisors and VMs have been taken online. If any issues exist clients are advised to re-boot or boot the server throught the client area.

Some of the affected servers have been successfully brought back online through the dedicated efforts of the data center teams. However, the underlying issue is still being addressed, and work is ongoing to fully resolve it and restore normal operations across all impacted systems. We appreciate your patience as remediation continues.

Data center teams are working on setting up portable AC systems until the building restores its chillers.

Some hypervisors in the affected area has been taken offline to maintain temperatures.

The cooling issue is related to the data center building level chiller unavailability (AON Tower, Downtown Los Angeles)

This incident is being treated with utmost priority by the data center teams, our engineers and the building management.

The affected servers are scheduled to be taken online as soon as the primary problem with the building chillers are addressed.

We are currently experiencing a cooling issue at our data center due to a problem with the building’s air conditioning system. As a result, some servers are affected.

Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with the data center staff to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
