Cloudflare Tunnel experienced a ~3-hour availability incident where a subset of customers faced degraded or complete tunnel connectivity failures, preventing access to private resources and services routed through Cloudflare Tunnel. The issue was isolated to Cloudflare Tunnel and did not impact other Cloudflare services. A fix was implemented and customers still experiencing issues were advised to restart their cloudflared connectors to restore normal connectivity.
