We are continuing to work with our ISP for a permanent resolution, and will update this incident to a resolved status when permanent resolution has been acheived.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that this issue is not related to our Global SBC infrastructure.

The issue has been identified on the affected IP carrier and traffic as been routed to our alternate IP network carriers as a temporary fix while we continue to investigate the affected IP network carrier. Service has restored.
