We have identified an issue with our remit emails not being sent to some customers. The deposits have been made and that system is operational. We are currently investigating the cause and monitoring. We will update as soon as we have a resolution.
If you did not get a Remit email but wish to see your remit details, You can go to reports > misc. > remit report > remit deposit summary > check the excel export only to pull the summary attached. We continue to investigate the remit email issue as it is not affecting all sites. This issue is just affecting the Remit email, not the deposits.
In regard to missing Remit emails, it appears that there is a known issue with SendGrid that is causing an issue with sending emails out.
SendGrid is investigating and will update when they have the issue fixed. At this time, ClubReady is monitoring and awaiting an update from SendGrid
We are still monitoring the status with SendGrid, We will update when there is an all clear from SendGrid and all is back to normal.
