We’re currently experiencing limited service on Web Personalization due to an issue on Microsoft Azure’s side. We’re monitoring the situation and will restore full functionality as soon as Azure resolves the underlying problem. Sending emails that include products (via the product-feed integration) is currently affected due to an issue on Microsoft Azure’s side. We’re monitoring the situation and will restore full functionality as soon as Azure resolves the underlying problem. Your ticket provider is also being affected by the issue with Azure. Some of our shops are down, specifically the shops of our customers that use their own custom domain. Customers using shops via the shop.tickets.cm.com domain are not affected at the moment. The gateway service for CAIC is experiencing intermittent issues, we're looking into it.

Microsoft has performed a rollback to their "Last Known Good" configuration and we see no further issues with everything working correctly.

Update for Gateway service for CAIC.
We've found the underlying issue, we are planning to make adjustments to the root cause over the next few days and will continue to monitor the issue in the mean time. We will share more details once we consider the issue structurally resolved"

For the other services "Your Ticket Provider," "Web Personalization" and "Email Campaigns" the issue is ongoing with Azure deploying a fix with full mitigation expected over the next four hours with steady recovery.
