A hotfix which should resolve this incident is on its way to production and should be live within 10-15 minutes.

The engineering team has identified an issue where some authentication requests are being rejected as invalid after signing with new keys. Our engineers are actively investigating the cause.

Affected Users:

• Users signing in with Cognite IDP (CogIdP), which is only used by Cognite apps.



Note: Extractors and services are not affected.

Temporary Workaround:

Refreshing the page or logging out and back in has resolved the issue for affected users. We recommend trying this and letting us know if you still experiencing any problems.
