Outage Details

The engineering team has identified an issue where some authentication requests are being rejected as invalid after signing with new keys. Our engineers are actively investigating the cause. Affected Users: • Users signing in with Cognite IDP (CogIdP), which is only used by Cognite apps. Note: Extractors and services are not affected. Temporary Workaround: Refreshing the page or logging out and back in has resolved the issue for affected users. We recommend trying this and letting us know if you are still experiencing any problems. We will keep you updated as we progress with the investigation.
