File Uploads to az-eastus-1 Not Updating to "uploaded=true"

The issue preventing files from reaching the "uploaded=true" status has been resolved. Uploads are now processing as expected. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to the Support team.

Updated the project limits and restarted the propertygraph-api-* to propagate the changes. The new limits are being reported, and there are no errors from the filestorage-subscriber. Additionally, engineers will further investigate this.

We are currently bringing in more engineering support to help identify the issue that we are facing here.
