The issue has now been fixed by the team, and we have moved this Incident to the Monitoring status now.
The team has managed to identify the problem and has made some changes by doing some rollbacks, which will work towards solving this issue.
We have identified a potential issue with the In Filed application when logging into infield there are not template items or checklists items to be found. Which has currently affect all users across all clusters.
