Cogshop Service Disruption

We identified the issue as a missing TLS certificate in the wildcard-cognite-ai-tls-patch secret. Access to the powerops-certmgr-vault key vault was updated to allow regeneration/import of the certificate, and we can now see the certificate has been recreated.

The Cogshop endpoint is responding again: shop-api.az-inso-powerops.cognite.ai/docs: https://shop-api.az-inso-powerops.cognite.ai/docs. We are continuing to monitor the service closely to confirm it remains stable before marking this incident as resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue causing the Cogshop service to be unavailable. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
