Unscheduled PayID / NPP Downtime

CoinJar's NPP payment provider has advised that this issue has now been resolved.
NPP payments and Direct Entry payments are back online and should be processed as per usual.

If you have any outstanding withdrawals or deposits that where actioned between Feb 07, 2023 - 15:20 AEDT and Feb 08, 2023 - 10:24 AEDT please reach out to CoinJar Support.

CoinJar's NPP payment provider has identified the cause of this issue and are currently working on a fix. Deposits and Withdrawals are still experiencing intermittent issues but we are seeing some successful payments going through successfully.

Please note that we have been advised that there are some payments which are currently stuck in the pending state which they are working on processing.

Please note that pending PayID deposits to CoinJar may fail, if this happens they will be returned to the originating bank account. Additionally Withdrawals from CoinJar may be delayed. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
