Outage Details

We are currently investigating connectivity issues with our Brick FTP Server. This is affecting FTP Polling for point of Sale Systems such as Simphony, Ordyx, InfoGenesis. Additionally this is affecting VMS importing as well. We are urgently troubleshooting this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

The issue has been identified and the Brick FTP Server is back online. We are currently working through the back log and identifying and contacting impacted customers. Should you have missing data, please contact support@compeat.com.
