The report of [SSO / User Management not allowing new users to be created with External Authentication provider selected] has been identified and a resolution is in progress. New users can successfully be created with Local Login and after creation can be changed to External Auth. To follow the Issue Ticket find "ISSUE-86" on the known issues board in ConnectWise Home.
