BrightGauge agent connecting to on-premise datasources impacted
Agent version installation issue
Triggered update to impacted agents
Platform agent installation affected the BrightGauge agent plug-in. Rollback to the previous BrightGauge agent installation & validation is in progress.

The agent version update is ongoing to all known impacted partners. We will mark the incident resolved once all agent version updates are complete.
The issue with the BrightGauge Agent affecting On-Premise datasources has been resolved. At this time your datasets should start syncing as usual.
If you encounter any further issues, please follow these steps on the machine hosting your BrightGauge Agent:
1. Open the Start screen.
2. Type services.msc and press Enter.
3. Locate and select "BrightGaugeITSPlatform Service."
4. Click the Restart Service button.
Once that's done, head over to your BrightGauge datasource and follow these steps:
1. Re-enter your Database & User credentials. (Warning: Do NOT Delete & re-add the datasource. Doing so, will delete all related data)
2. Hit the "Test" button and wait for the "Test Succeeded" message.
3. Hit "Save" and your datasets should all begin to sync, 1 by 1, as intended.

ConnectWise was alerted about dataset sync issues for on-premise datasources. The incorrect agent installation impacted set of partners. The new agent version was created and deployed to partner BrightGauge agent installations in batches. The new version is installed and the issue with the BrightGauge Agent affecting On-Premise datasources has been resolved. At this time your datasets should start syncing as usual.
