ConnectWise SIEM service is partially disrupted

ConnectWise SIEM is showing partial data. The operations team is investigating the incident.

The issue was identified as a spike of large number of queries to the database that are now being managed and processed. May still impact overall SIEM application performance.

The large number of queries to the database that is impacting the job queue are still being diligently managed by ConnectWise SIEM operations. The queue functions impacted include delays in processing alerts in general, alerts from Enhanced Alerting sequences, escalations, some integration services. Next update will be provided at 11:45 AM ET.

ConnectWise SIEM operations team continue to manage the job queue and expect performance improvements as the result soon.

Improvements to the query volume to database and jobs queue have been made. ConnectWise SIEM service continues to have performance challenges that our engineering and operations team are actively addressing. We will continue to keep you informed on our progress.
