We are currently investigating reports of Automate Linux agents going offline after upgrading to 2025.2. We will follow up with more information soon.
We have identified the issue and currently working on a fix.
We are actively investigating reports of Linux agents failing to check into Automate instances. Our findings indicate that this issue affects Linux agents running glibc 2.33 or earlier. While we work on a solution, our support team is available to provide workarounds.
The reports of Linux Agents going offline has been identified and we will be implementing a fix this evening (EST) to all cloud hosted partners.
