Investigating - ConnectWise CPQ - Error when Importing Avatax Calculation

Partners are experiencing issues when trying to select the 'Import AvaTax' option on CPQ. When the partner calculate the taxes with this option, they are re-directed to a page that states an error occurred.

Avatax Calculations Failed

We are investigating issues of Partners unable to utilize the 'Import AvaTax' option on CPQ. When the partner calculates the taxes with this option, they are re-directed to a page that states an error occurred.

Workaround: Partners can select another tax code (aside from Avalara/Avatax 0%) and within the Edit Tax Code uncheck the box for "Is Tax Interface Calculated."
