We’ve identified that the issue occurs in specific scenarios related to ScreenConnect installation or reinstallation. Our team is actively working on it and we will continue to keep you updated.

A fix has been implemented for ScreenConnect installation and devices should be receiving the installation request. Devices that are online should get the ScreenConnect deployed on the devices in next 15-30 minutes.
We are continuing to monitor the fix and will update the results shortly.
