We are experiencing an ongoing outage with our email delivery pipeline that started at 7 PM PST on 1/10/2023. The majority of Cortex and transactional emails scheduled during this time are delayed. We are in the process of recovering our systems. Once our systems are recovered, we expect all delayed emails to be sent.
