Some customers that store their data on ap-south-1 (Mumbai) cluster (teamname.app.coralogix.in) might experience issues or delays with seeing logs in Frequent Search tier only, Archive logs aren't effected. Other Coralogix components (alerts, livetail, querying archive data) are not affected by this issue, also all data is being processed and stored. We are on this with the highest priority and will update with our progress. If you need additional information, please contact our in-app support or your dedicated TAM.
