Cova Orders and Invoices Processing Delay

We have seen that the issue with Orders and Sales has been fully resolved and should no longer be occurring. We will continue to monitor related services to ensure we are fully recovered. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this.

We are still looking into a resolution for this issue and have not yet begun to see improvements. Thank you for your continued patience, and we will provide updates as they become available.

We have identified an issue that is causing Orders to be delayed when coming into the Cova app from integrators, and completed Sales invoices are taking longer than normal to be represented in Cash Management and Reporting. The Cova team is working on resolving the issue but we cannot currently provide an ETA on when this will be resolved.
